yes i mean it.
i have tried it and it works..
now you can send free text messages on gmail to mobile numbers.
all you have to do is just follow my simple step listed below
when you log on to your gmail account
in the search bar tagged chat and sms
type in the number you want to send a text message to
and click enter
it will ask you to enter the name of the owner of the phone number
after entering it ,click save and it will bring it out in a chat format
where you can now send text message to the number
NOTE:only glo and visafone mobile numbers are supported presently
